Sessions take 45-90 minutes depending on skin type. Flow: skin analysis, makeup removal, peeling, steam + extraction, mask, serum and moisturizing. HydraFacial adds vacuum purification.
Skip makeup for the first 24 hours and use SPF 50 if going outside. Postpone peeling and sauna for 48 hours. Drink plenty of water and avoid touching extraction areas. Mild redness fades within a few hours.
Ideal frequency is every 3-4 weeks, matching the skin renewal cycle. For acne and pigmentation, every 2 weeks initially is advised; results show after 3-4 sessions. Regular care permanently improves skin texture and pores.
