In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Velour Istanbul would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK based on the following legal grounds:
- Establishment and performance of a contract
- Expressly stipulated by law
- Legitimate interest of the data controller
- Explicit consent (for health data and marketing communications)
5. Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to:
- Payment service providers
- Authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations
- Business partners necessary for service delivery
In the event of cross-border data transfers, the safeguards set forth in Article 9 of the KVKK are ensured.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purpose and within the statute of limitations prescribed by applicable legislation. Upon expiration, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that correction and deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- To object to a result arising against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data via automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data

To exercise your rights listed above, you may apply through the following methods:

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall apply.
