BUYER (CONSUMER)
Natural or legal person purchasing the service. Name, email, phone and address provided during booking are binding.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the sale and provision of spa, massage, hamam, facial, hair salon, manicure/pedicure, and accommodation services ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.velouristanbul.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service Subject to the Agreement
- Service: Spa, massage, hair salon, or accommodation as selected during booking
- Duration: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 120 minutes per package
- Service location: Elalmış Cd. 49C, Ümraniye / Istanbul
- Date: As selected by BUYER during booking
- Price: As displayed in booking confirmation (VAT included)
- Payment: Credit/debit card (3D Secure), bank transfer, or cash on arrival
4. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law, the BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, provided that the service has not yet started.
Withdrawal notice should be sent in writing to [email protected].
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Services that have begun with the BUYER's consent.
- Services to be provided on a specific date or period (after the scheduled date/time passes).
- Services customized at the BUYER's specific request.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- 24+ hours before: 100% refund
- Within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
- Refund processing: 3-10 business days
6. Payment & Invoicing
- Payments are processed via iyzico with 3D Secure.
- Card details are not stored on Velour Istanbul servers.
- e-Archive invoice is emailed to BUYER on service date.
7. Dispute Resolution
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction as defined by Turkish Consumer Protection Law.
8. Entry into Force
By completing the electronic order on the website, the BUYER accepts all terms of this distance sales agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date of confirmation.
