Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Terms

You may book Velour Istanbul services online or by phone. Your reservation is confirmed upon payment verification.

• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the service start time.
• The client is responsible for the accuracy of personal information provided during booking.
• Velour Istanbul reserves the right to change the assigned specialist based on availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the service start time receive a 100% refund.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before receive a 50% refund.

No-Show

Failure to arrive without prior notice results in no refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days depending on the payment method.

3. Accommodation Terms

• Check-in: 2:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM
• A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to accommodation bookings.
• Early departure does not qualify for a refund of remaining nights.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us during booking if you have any health conditions including pregnancy, heart conditions, or allergies. Velour Istanbul reserves the right to decline service for health-related reasons.
