Regional sessions run 30-45 min, full body 60-90 min. We start with a short assessment, then warm-up, deep tissue + trigger point work, and close with stretching. Pre-workout is faster and activating; post-workout is slower and restorative.
Drink plenty of water, avoid very heavy training for the first 24 hours. Mild soreness is normal and fades in 24-48 hours. A warm shower and light walking speed recovery; avoid heavy meals and alcohol.
For regular trainers once a week is ideal; twice a week during intense race/marathon periods. For general recovery and maintenance, once every two weeks is enough. A light activation session 48 hours before competition is recommended.
